The weather in Nova Kakhovka is usually quite warm in September but evenings can be cool. Moreover there is possibility of rainfall.

The official currency of Ukraine - Hryvnia (UAH)

At the day of Forum (September 30^th – October 1^st, 2016) there will a possibility to exchange currency in any bank or foreign exchange office.

Average Hryvnia exchange rate:

1 EUR= 27.94 UAH

1 USD= 25.00 UAH

1 RUB = 0.38 UAH

Food and drinks

During the Forum participants will be proposed to taste light meals and hot drinks provided by Kherson producers.

Transfer to the Forum place

Free bus transfer for the Forum participants are:

-        from the Kherson airport;

-        from the Odessa airport;

-        from the Kherson railway station.

          Free transport service to the Forum place will be provided only for participants who will fill and send the registration form in time.

Arrival by plane

The nearest airports to the Forum place:

-       Kherson airport;

-       Odessa airport.

Arrival by own bus or car

For participants who arrive by their own transport can be provided separate parking places only if they fill and send the registration form to the organizing committee in time.

2. Visa

In order to get support in receiving a Ukrainian visa it is necessary to send the following information to this e-mail address ([email protected]):

-        surname;

-        name;

-        sex;

-        nationality;

-        date of birth;

-        place of birth;

-        international passport serial number;

-        international passport receiving date;

-        international passport expiration date;

-        the authority, that issued the passport;

-        e-mail and fax number of the organization;

-        e-mail and fax number of the embassy or consulate.

After receiving the necessary information - the corresponding invitation for receiving a visa will be immediately sent to the embassy or consulate.

 

          3. Medical Insurance

Medical workers

 will provide day-and-night service on the Forum territory.

4. Registration

Registration of participants is carried out by sending the filled registration form to the email address: [email protected], or filling the registration form online at the Forum website http://www.investforum.ks.ua.

Registration terms:

September 9^th – the expiry of terms for invitation sending to embassies and consulates of those participants who need a visa.

September 21^st – registration deadline. Any registration form cannot be accepted after this date (in case of untimely registration guest could have opportunity to participate in the Forum, but all organizational measures, concerning arrival and accommodation will be primarily provided for participants who will send their registration forms in due time).

5. Payment for participation in the Forum

Participation in the Forum is free of charge.

6. Accommodation

Payment for accommodation in hotels during  the Forum is carried out at the expense of the Forum participants.

If you need to book a room at a hotel – provide this information in the registration form so we could reserve a place for you according to your wishes. Accommodation is possible in hotels of Nova Kakhovka and Kherson.

Approximate room price:

Room for 1 person: from 450 UAH / day.
